About DeNeia Johnson

Hey Honey! I’m Dedi — and I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m a proud mama to two beautiful young adults Madison and Myles who are my heart and biggest accomplishments. I like to say I’m a quiet soul with a loud purpose. While I naturally lean toward being an introvert, I can turn on the spark when the moment calls for it—especially when there’s love, laughter, and deep conversation in the room. Most days, you’ll find me at the end of the table, taking it all in, observing with a full heart, and quietly cheering others on.

Helping people has always been second nature to me. Even as a little girl, I found joy in showing up for others—whether that meant holding someone’s hand during a hard time or just offering a smile that said, “You’re not alone.” That part of me never changed. I still volunteer regularly at my church and in shelters for women and families—and yes, I bring my kids with me. I believe deeply in leading with love, giving back, and planting seeds of hope.

I created Hey Honey, Listen because I know what it feels like to break, rebuild, and rise again. It’s a motivational YouTube series (and soon-to-be podcast!) where I speak from the heart, share life lessons, and encourage women from all walks of life to keep going—even when it’s hard, even when you’re tired, even when you feel unseen. Because I’ve been there too.

I’m also the founder and CEO of Honey & Healing Co., an affirmation-based apparel brand that blends comfort with confidence. It’s clothing that speaks to your soul and reminds you who you are, even on your hardest days.

I’m the heart behind DEDI: Delivered from Divorce, where I coach women through the heartbreak and healing that comes after the end of a marriage. My goal is simple: help women rediscover their power, reclaim their joy, and rewrite their next chapter with boldness and grace.

I believe when you open your heart to heal your ;you open the door to healing every other part of your life too.

So whether you’re here for motivation, healing, style, sisterhood, or just a safe place to land—you’re in the right place. I’m rooting for you. Always.

With love,
Dedi
